Salary: $70k-$110k + Commission (Willing to pay more for the right candidate!)

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Manager, you will be responsible
for driving sales growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in commercial roofing, sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.




Our Client:

Our client is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the US with locations in most metro areas across the country and is currently ranked top 5 Roofing companies in the US.




What You’ll Do:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in commercial roofing services.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their roofing needs and offering tailored solutions.
Technical Consultation:
  • Provide technical expertise on various roof systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal.
Solution-Based Selling:
  • Offer solutions-based recommendations for repair, restoration, and replacement options based on client-specific requirements.
Proposal Development:
  • Work closely with the Operations team to develop and review proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


Site Visits and Analysis:
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess existing roof systems, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
Market Expansion:
  • Maximize market potential by collaborating with existing customers and exploring opportunities for upselling additional services.
Database Utilization:
  • Utilize the company's database to identify potential opportunities and maintain records of completed projects.
Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management to ensure a seamless sales process.


What You’ll Need:

Experience:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial roofing sales.
Industry Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair applications.
Sales Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Basic working knowledge of computer programs and phone software applications.
Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Ability:
  • Capable of lifting and climbing up and down ladders or stairs as necessary.
Safety Compliance:
  • Adherence to all job-site safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall protection.
Team Orientation:
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with the company's Core Values.
Driving:
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
