Position: Residential Area Manager

Location: Phoenix and Area

Job Type: Full Time / Exempt

Reports To: Operations Leader

Direct Reports: 3-4 Superintendents, Project Manager, Admin

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annually plus benefits, company truck, gas card, and matching 401k.

Job Purpose: The Residential Area Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of residential divisions, ensuring high-quality project completion and adherence to company standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise a team of Superintendents, Project Manager, and Admin staff.
• Oversee and assist Superintendent performance to ensure all required functions are completed.
• Provide training to Superintendents as needed.
• Coordinate, organize, and schedule projects.
• Enhance the usage of the company’s Track Report tool.
• Grow the quality assurance program to achieve 100% project completion.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct daily quality assurance checks.
• Ensure JHA’s are filled out daily by the team.
• Promote and grow the overall safety culture.
• Comply with company safety standards and practices.
• Monitor camera notifications for residential vehicles.
• Conduct business in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support and uphold the company's values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to handle various processing tasks.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• 5+ years of roofing experience.
• Acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
