Commercial Project Manager

Location: Peoria, AZ (hybrid in office with occasional travel to sites as needed)
Salary range: starting at $90K base (based on experience) + performance bonus
Our small construction client is growing and looking for a Project Manager (or Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career) who has high-end commercial Tenant Improvement project experience. To be considered you should have strong TI experience with retail, office and restaurants and have strong bidding experience.
This role will start out with the first few months in office and then move to a hybrid structure with occasional travel to project sites for key milestones. You will serve as the main point of contact, managed subcontractors and staff, oversee budgets and expenses and all project planning. We are open to candidates willing to relocate to the greater Phoenix area. If you have the experience below, then please apply today!

Requirements
- Must have 5-10 years as a Project Manager with strong TI experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or related.
- Strong bidding experience.
- Comfortable with the entire project lifecycle (project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets and timelines).
