About the Firm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and stamping electrical projects of all complexities and sizes
- Developing electrical system designs for power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and building automation
- Setting design strategies for high-profile projects
- Leading audits, feasibility studies, and troubleshooting construction challenges
- Mentoring junior and intermediate engineers
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-discipline teams
- Conducting site visits and ensuring project success from start to finish
- Lead and innovate by guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring top-tier electrical design solutions.
- Clear path to leadership with mentorship opportunities and a chance to shape the future of the team.
- Work on diverse projects across commercial, industrial, educational, multi-unit residential, healthcare, and government sectors.

What You Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of electrical design experience (5+ years in Canada)
- P.Eng in Ontario (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in power distribution, emergency/standby power, and lighting systems
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, including OBC, CEC, and CSA standards
- Proven experience designing for multi-unit residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring
