Role Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Executive to lead our Doors, Frames, and Hardware division. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of Division 8 construction services, capable of driving project success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel, ensuring cohesive collaboration and optimal performance.
- Project Management: Lead all phases of construction projects, from estimating and bidding to execution and closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and consultants, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, resource allocation, and profitability within the division.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the construction industry, with a focus on doors, frames, and hardware. Proven experience in estimating and project management is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software and a solid understanding of Division 8 specifications.
