Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead safety and risk management initiatives across multiple locations. This critical role is responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with management and field teams to protect employees and maintain the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct job site safety inspections, risk assessments, and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Deliver engaging and effective safety training, including OSHA certifications and specialized topics.
- Coach and mentor teams to mitigate risks and uphold safety excellence.
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions, and ensure follow-up measures are implemented.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial construction safety; roofing experience is a plus.
- OSHA 500 certification and extensive knowledge of risk management practices.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to travel regularly to various job sites within the region.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
