Our client is growing their operations and projects in Vancouver and offers a challenging and supportive environment for their people to achieve their professional goals on meaningful projects.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience as a Project Manager in a General Contracting environment, managing all aspects of the project
- 5-8 years construction related experience (civil works, mechanical, electrical, formwork)
- C.Tech., P.Eng., or CET Designation
- Either hold or are eligible for Gold Seal certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in Estimating, Scheduling, Budgeting/Cost-Control, Financial Reporting and Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent management skills and proactive at addressing issues
- Prior experience with Design Build and Water/Wastewater projects is an asset.
- Highly developed leadership, communication and computer skills
- Extensive experience with lump sum projects.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good natured management in a supportive growth environment
