Construction General Manager
Location: Waco, TX
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually + bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join a leading full-service provider of roofing and exterior services in Waco, TX. This high-impact leadership role involves managing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in the region. Position Highlights

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the Waco branch’s performance, including full P&L responsibility. You’ll set strategic goals, lead revenue growth initiatives, and build lasting client and community relationships. Collaborating with the leadership team, you’ll help shape business strategies and operational improvements to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all branch operations, including profit and loss accountability.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the company through community engagement and outreach.
  • Partner with district leadership on marketing, advertising, and growth strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective planning and execution.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with company objectives.
  • Implement software and IT systems to optimize operations.
  • Set clear team goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Expand the customer base through business development and relationship-building.
 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving team success.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and client relationship management expertise.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and delegation skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Spanish proficiency (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in operations or branch management.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds.
