Project Coordinator - ICI Construction

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of institutional, commercial, and industrial (ICI) construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate documentation for RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits to verify compliance with project plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within the ICI construction sector.
• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction best practices.
