We are partnering with a leading full-service provider of roofing and exterior services to find an experienced Roofing Branch Manager for their Waco, TX location. This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and growing industry.
Role Overview
As the Roofing Branch Manager, you will take charge of the branch’s success, managing operations with full P&L accountability, setting strategic goals, and fostering strong relationships with clients and the community. This role combines leadership, business development, and operational management, with a focus on growing revenue and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the branch’s community ambassador, enhancing brand visibility and goodwill.
- Collaborate with district leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies.
- Lead business development efforts to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team to meet and exceed goals.
- Optimize operational processes by implementing new technologies and systems.
- Set and communicate clear goals, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of driving results.
- Expertise in sales, operations, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in branch or operations management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds.
