Job Title: Senior Site Superintendent – High-Rise Residential Construction

Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Are you an experienced construction professional ready to lead major high-rise residential projects? We are looking for a Senior Site Superintendent to take charge of the entire construction lifecycle for prominent residential developments in the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full construction process from start to finish, ensuring project completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee on-site operations, managing subcontractors, trades, and the construction team to meet project milestones.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and building codes.
• Work closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Address and resolve on-site challenges to maintain progress and avoid delays.
• Implement and uphold health and safety standards across the site at all times.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, specifically in high-rise residential construction.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing full-cycle high-rise residential projects from excavation through to occupancy, ideally within the GTA.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Compensation Package:

• Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
• Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to project milestones and completion.
