The Role – What You’ll Own and Lead
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full life cycle of large-scale data center projects — from pre-construction planning to final closeout. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring project teams
- Managing schedules, budgets, change orders, and vendor relationships
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Driving early billing and efficient collections
- Collaborating directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Forecasting and financial reporting for executive leadership
- Visiting job sites regularly to ensure project alignment
- Contributing to strategic growth and process improvement
Who You Are – Experience & Expertise
Required:
- 10+ years in Construction Project Management
- 5+ years of Electrical PM experience in complex, large-scale data centers
- Extensive knowledge of mission-critical systems, electrical distribution, cabling, white space fit-outs, and live facility retrofits
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Journeyman/Master Electrician license or PMP certification
- Bachelor's in construction management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ConEst, Google Suite, Salesforce
