As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead in guaranteeing that every phase of the projects under your guidance is executed efficiently, within schedule, and within budget. Operating from our Toronto office, you'll spearhead a versatile project delivery team dedicated to implementing state-of-the-art technological solutions for high-value projects. 

Responsibilities:  

• Uphold rigorous health and safety standards at project sites and oversee the implementation of industry-leading practices.  

• Embrace superior project management methodologies that align with our client's ethos and requirements.  

• Handle the procurement of professional services, equipment, and subcontractors.  

• Collaborate with the Senior Project Director and Construction Engineers to negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors.  

• Coordinate the review and refinement of mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings to ensure construction feasibility.  

• Work alongside the Project Coordinator and Construction Engineers to identify permit prerequisites and ensure prompt project completion.  

• Develop comprehensive project schedules, identify and address complex project risks, and devise effective mitigation strategies.  

• Manage project finances, including reviewing subcontractor invoices and client billing.  

• Maintain transparent communication on project progress with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with objectives and satisfaction. 

The Ideal Candidate:  

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.  

• Brings over 10 years of experience in construction project management.  

• Demonstrates understanding and application of local regulations and permit requirements.  

• Possesses knowledge of utilities, water and wastewater along with deep foundations  

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
