Service Coordinator
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
Are you a highly organized team player looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company?
Join our client, a prominent full-service roofing and exterior services provider, as they expand their team in Pompano Beach,  FL . We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to play a crucial role in supporting multiple teams with various administrative tasks. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and successful daily operations of our office.
  • Collaborate with project managers and production managers to facilitate project coordination.
  • Provide support to project managers and production managers in pre-construction project administration.
  • Assist sales and estimating teams with prequalification and bid submittals.
  • Coordinate daily tasks for the service department.
  • Manage work orders and invoicing for service-related projects.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the smooth progress of jobs.
  • Assist in contract review and filing.
  • Define procedures for the retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records for historical reference.
  • Support accounting functions, including payroll, AR, and billing functions as needed.
  • Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of construction administrative experience.
  • Preferred experience in commercial roofing.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Notary certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with job-related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
