The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the company's strategic vision and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute long-term plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure financial success. Your role involves overseeing financial performance, optimizing operations, leading a diverse team, maintaining a customer-centric focus, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships.

What’s Required:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities and trends for market expansion.

Financial Management:
  • Oversee financial performance and manage budgets.
  • Implement cost-effective measures and resource allocation strategies.

Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure efficient operation of all service divisions.
  • Streamline processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.

Customer Focus:
  • Maintain a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Implement customer feedback and satisfaction improvement initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in industry associations and public forums.
Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate internal and external risks impacting the company's success.

What You’ll Need:
  • Proven leadership experience in the home services industry.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
