Your Impact
As Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize daily operations at the Chilton, WI facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in quarrying, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize plant, quarry, and fabrication operations.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with MSHA regulations.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and track KPIs for production success.
  • Support hiring and training to build a strong, motivated team.
What You Bring
  • Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, plant, or production management.
  • Background in stone, construction materials, or industrial production (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
