This is a well established Architecture firm with multiple offices, that are expanding and they are seeking an intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist to work on their commercial portfolio of retail, grocery store and franchise projects. THE JOB
As an intermediate or senior architectural technologist, you will work collaboratively to produce full sets of details, drawings and construction documents. Site visits, some CA and project coordination may also be a part of the role, as well as working with clients and project teams to deliver work in a timely and efficient manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated architectural technologist to continue developing their career within a collaborative team environment that offers flexibility and plenty of support.

WHAT'S REQUIRED
- Architectural Technologist that can prepare a full set drawings, ideally in both AutoCAD and Revit for the retail environment, with minimal supervision
- 7+ years of industry experience within Canada, with knowledge of relevant building code and experience with researching applicable zoning by-laws
- A portfolio (elevation, floor plans & section details) that demonstrates relevant experience either commercial, retail, public, community or similar work
- Ability to step into a fast-paced environment; deal with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward
- Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to do site visits to collect vital information
- Contract administration skills are an asset
- Ability to provide mentorship to other staff
- Good communication skills and a dedicated work ethic
