The Responsibilities
  • Maintain our white-hat SEO strategy, ensuring #1 organic results across all relevant keywords and categories.
  • Effectively back link using a calculated mix of do follow and no follow sites with high PA/DA and TF/CF.
  • Own the implementation and execution of organic campaigns from ideation to optimization.
  • Develop engaging and targeted copy for new product releases, feature articles, and supporting site content.
  • Design and prepare weekly audit/insight reports and execute on actionable data.
  • Determine and track measurable KPIs to prove the efficacy of your Digital Marketing customer acquisition efforts.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Work hand in hand with the paid search team to reduce click cannibalization and compliment their SEM efforts in determining attainable organic keywords.
  • Expand on our existing back linking strategy and find new opportunities for growth with top-ranking PA/DA and TF/CF sites.
  • Collaborate with creative, engineering, web, and product teams to keep top of mind awareness of SEO best practices in both project and daily work.
Qualifications

● A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
● At least 2 proven years of experience in an SEO B2C digital marketing role.
● Deep understanding of all the elements required to achieve the #1 organic SERP position.
● Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
● Absolute mastery of analytics and insights tools, including GA and Search Console.
● An impeccable communication style - your grasp on the English language is flawless.
● Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, resourceful, organized, and proactive.
● The instinct to help teammates thrive and the openness to learn from past experiences.
● The ability to solve complex problems (or know where to find the answer).
● Commitment to long-term growth and learning opportunities.
