Our client is an iconic Canadian business headquartered in Calgary. They currently seek a Manager, Compensation to manage a small team and take responsibility for compensation for the entire organisation across North America. 

Managing a team of 3 compensation specialists, this person will lead compensation programs for every level of the organisation including executive. A highly visible role within the HR department, this role presents at board level, is instrumental in the development of proxy statements and contributes to strategic direction of the organisation through the development of salary structures, bonus programs, and long term incentives (LTI). 

We are looking for a compensation professional comfortable with managing all aspects of compensation including executive compensation. This is a fast paced, demanding environment so we need someone with a depth of knowledge and the experience to operate at a fast pace and able to influence at board level.
