Our client in the CPG space is looking to hire a strong Payroll Administrator that would welcome additional duties in HR.

About the role:
Managing a full cycle payroll of 250ppl in 5 provinces from A-Z, you also love being social and are willing to take the lead on organizing company events, social committees and assisting HR with recruitment and onboarding activities. 

More specifically:
  • Administer and audit the bi-weekly payroll process, using ADP Pay/People at Work, HRIS, and EzLabour, 
  • Prepare payroll summaries, remittances and other relevant labour reports (vacation accruals, WSIB, EHT, Garnishments, etc), updating relevant systems (HRIS/Group Plan Benefits), vacation trackers, ensuring file maintenance, performing year-end activities and ordering department office supplies.
  • Support the benefits enrollment and administration process by accurately enrolling, terminating, revising, reconciling & auditing medical invoice/benefit information, premiums, and deductions as it pertains to employees.
  • Ensure professional and positive customer service delivery levels in and outside the organization while maintaining strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbally discussed, within the HR department.
  • Various other HR related duties as requested
What's Required:
  • 5+ years experience in full cycle payroll using ADP Pay @ Work, People @ Work and using ADP EzLabour
  • 3+HR generalist experience required
  • PCP, CPM or CHRP is an asset but not mandatory
  • Multi provincial payroll experience (Quebec is a must) 
  • Excellent communication/language skills
  • Data entry accuracy / efficiency
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Experience with benefits/pension administration, HR onboarding
