Our client is a well-established building materials distributor with branches across Western Canada. They are currently offering an opportunity to manage, source and grow a portfolio of clients targeting both commercial and residential contractors in the Grande Prairie Region. 

Key Responsibilities;
  • Maintaining existing customer base
  • Identifying/targeting new business opportunities
  • Promoting new product opportunities to customers
  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Preparing job quotes for customers
  • Closing sales that result in an increase in sales revenue
  • Planning and initiating customer calls and follow-ups
  • Managing a territory sales activity plan to ensure that stated targets are met
  • Promoting, attending and helping organize promotional and marketing trade events
What we look for;

A driven sales professional, self-motivated and has a proven track record of sales achievement. Knowledge of the building material industry is preferred but any type of building materials or construction sales would be acceptable. Most importantly you should be able to demonstrate an ability to drive sales opportunities and meet your sales targets.
