Administrative Operations Manager
Generous salary (commensurate with experience)
Benefits
3 weeks vacation

Our client has asked us to find a high energy, motivated, ambitious individual who is really good at making sure the office hums along like a well oiled machine and also possesses the mindset of an operations manager. They are in the creative construction business and have been for many years. They know what it takes to operate at a high level and they have a portfolio of highly satisfied customers to back that up.

You are the type of person who understands your job. You understand how to do your job at the same high level and you also are willing to do things that don't necessarily show up on your job description. They have surrounded themselves with team players; players who will drop what they're doing to take care of a situation that needs taking care of, just because it needs taking care of.

This is a senior role but it requires of you the understanding that the door is not just where you enter the building; it's also where you check your ego. There are no work to rule options here. Everything that gets done is done for the common good.

What you get in return is a great salary (we think so anyhow). A great place to work and a great bunch of people to work alongside.

If this sounds like you and you have people in your life, other than you mother, who will attest to that, then we really want to talk with you.

Read on for the particulars.
