This is a fantastic opportunity for a Bi-lingual CSR  to join a well established company. Our client has a track record of promoting within for the right candidate. The chosen candidate will have a "can-do" attitude, positive energy and absolutely must be Bi-lingual and MUST have RETAIL Customer Service Experience. 

If you have customer service experience, working for or alongside one of the "Big Box" retailers or working with them we should speak.  
  • Bilingual – both in English and French (preferably Quebecois french) (100% reading, writing, conversational) must be able to carry a business conversation
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries both Retail and Commercial
  • Process new incoming orders
  • Confirm all new orders entered
  • Liaise closely with production and shipping to ensure shipments are taken care of and customer is satisfied
  • Follow-up on back-orders and advise customers of availability
  • Co-ordinate retail and commercial shipments with related team/department
  • Total responsibility for invoicing, ensuring accuracy of invoice prior to mailing
  • Track shipments
  • Investigate discrepancies for customers
  • Process RMA's
  • Process credit notes and troubleshooting customer deductions on a timely basis
  • Clear credit notes, deductions and variances within the same month
  • Provide PODs for various report cards that are received from the different venders
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and filing
  • Adhere to existing controls, review controls documents and file as needed
  • Review daily reports, margin information and report findings
  • Other customer service and general duties as assigned
