  • The Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the Commercial, A&D and Retail Sales Divisions for both interior and exterior applications.
  • Work with all parties on pricing, product releases and launches, pricing proposals, as well provide product samples, brochures and other collateral information.
  • Develop and establish relationships with builders, kitchen & bath fabricators, contractors, property managers and large retail stores in the assigned territory.
  • Update account progress in the territory through Salesforce CRM system
  • Actively represent and promote the company to trade associations in the industry by hosting and attending local chapter events and other targeted associations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning about company products and application and install processes.
  • Develop strategic territory sales plans for the region with help from senior management team.
  • Evaluate, negotiate and close sales opportunities in the territory and promote and position the company in model homes, design centres and showrooms
  • Coordinate and promote products by conducting lunch and learns and educational seminars.
 
Experience
• 2-3 years in outside sales or merchandising experience.
• Valid Current Driver License and clean driving record.
• Ability to build value-based relationships with customers.
• A self starter with a disciplined and focused approach to building and maintaining a territory.  
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management, prioritization and follow-up skills.
