  • The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the Commercial, A&D and Retail Sales Divisions for both interior and exterior applications.
  • Work with all parties on pricing, product releases and launches, pricing proposals, as well as technical product data updates and initiatives (i.e. pricing, promotions, product changes)
  • Develop and establish relationships with builders, architects, designers, fabricators, general contractors, property managers and large retail stores on the Island.
  • Update account progress through Salesforce CRM system
  • Actively represent and promote the company to the commercial construction industry by hosting and attending local chapter events and other targeted associations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning about company products and application and install processes.
  • Develop annual sales and marketing plans for the region with help from senior management team.
  • Evaluate, negotiate and close opportunities in the region and promote the sales positioning in model homes, design centres and showrooms
  • Coordinate and promote products by conducting lunch and learns, educational seminars and at Architect and Designer firms.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in outside sales
• Valid Current Driver License and clean driving record
• Can build value-based relationships with customers
• Must be comfortable in both the construction field and the architect/design field and have basic product knowledge as well as architectural and design language
• Knowledge of flooring, facades and/or countertops would be a plus
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and a proven track record of closing deals and growing territories.
