This is a green pasture for the chosen candidate, Our client is growing rapidly and are seeking  an experienced candidate with experience in building a team from scratch. This opportunity will allow for massive room for growth as this is a new division and there is only one way to go from here which is up.  The chosen candidate will ideally have experience in growing a small inside sales team to a larger and more profitable one. This candidate will be responsible for recruiting team members with the help of their preferred vendor.

Your new role
The Outbound Sales Centre Manager will coach, train and lead a team of Outbound Sales Centre Representatives (15+) to market innovative natural gas and electricity products to residential consumers across the US. The focus of the Sales Centre Manager will be to motivate representatives,  build a team of motivated sales representatives, drive productivity and achieve sales goals. You will develop and execute call center operational strategies by conducting a needs-assessments, performance reviews and capacity planning. You will develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate service delivery and quality of training and implementation to meet business objectives. You will handle hiring and training new employees, and evaluate performance.

What you'll need to succeed
  • To be considered for this position, you will have 4+ years of Call Centre Management experience in a target driven Outbound Call Centre environment. 
  • You will have a proven track record of managing and leading a team of call centre agents. 
  • You will have an exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • You will be an ambitious self-starter, target driven with strong passion to succeed and drive for excellence. You will possess an excellent ability to motivate and build a highly effective team.
  • High level of problem solving, time management and intelligent approach to work required.
  • The position is predominantly a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm position, but must be flexible for overtime when required. University Degree highly desired.
 
  • You will possess knowledge of dialer systems and have an ability to procure lead lists in our target areas.
  • You will be a report-driven manager, who enjoys being in charge of controlling the expenses and budget of the Sales Centre to ensure profitable operations.
  • You will enjoy being part of a team, meeting with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies and plans to meet the overall business objectives.
  • You are an open communicator, dedicated to sharing key Sales Centre opportunities, potential risks, and issues that might impact the health of the overall portfolio and/or the centre as a whole.
  • You shall establish quality and efficiency standards and ensures that these standards are measured and reviewed on an ongoing basis

  • You enjoy collaboration and communication with executive leadership (both technical and non-technical). You are passionate about the Customer and Sales with a demonstrated track record of visionary execution.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills. You are hands on, charismatic. You get things done.
