Bringing your expertise in developing and implementing executive compensation to this high performing team will complement the existing skills of the team and create a respected group that provides advice to the entire organisation on all things related to total rewards. 

Slotting into the existing compensation and benefits team in a senior advisory role, you will bring your extensive compensation experience to bear on an employee population of in excess of 1500 employees company wide. As the senior advisor, you will work with HR business partners and senior leaders within the business to design, develop and implement compensation programmes capable of driving improved efficiencies through the business. Specific focus for this role will be in providing advice around executive compensation including the development of the proxy statement, provision of board level advisory that leads to best practice behaviours related to executive compensation and consulting with senior leadership to ensure that the organisation remains one of the most competitive in the market in it's quest for hiring, retaining and motivating leadership talent. 

Ideally you will come from a consulting background and will have worked on executive compensation models across multiple organisations. Some client side experience would be good. Someone without consulting experience but with exceptionally strong client side executive compensation experience would be considered. 

You will be joining a dynamic team in a role that is less day to day administration and much more focused on the advisory aspects of compensation. You will be working with senior level decision makers and presenting at board level which will in turn give you direct access to some great leaders and mentors. Whilst your skillset will need to be strong on influencing and educating, you will also find that this is an environment where you learn and are encouraged to contribute in a large variety of ways for the organisation, stretching your experience, challenging your thinking and growing you as an individual. 

Ideally this person would present clear succession options for the Director role and the ambitions of talented people will not be ignored within this organisation.
