This is a perfect opportunity for an intermediate level Financial Analyst looking for development and growth in their next position in the industrial manufacturing industry. 

Our client is a dynamic and progressive manufacturer in the Combridge region. The intermediate Financial Analyst will have experience working in the manufacturing industry preferably in an industrial sector and within a fast-paced environment. There will be a need to manage multiple projects and tasks requiring a strong skill set with multi tasking and organization. With an understanding of a manufacturing environment, the role will require the analysis of new and existing product lines that will be implemented into the company.  Reporting both monthly, quarterly and annually will be required on all financial aspects.  Managing and reporting on inventory and specific processes around inventory control will also be required through the use and understanding of an ERP system.  Reporting directly to the VP/General Manager of the company this role will take part in a number of financially strategic initiatives as the company develops and grows further. 

The Financial Analyst will have the following aspects;
  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Finance
  • Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CMA)
  • 5+ years' experience with Accounting and Finance within a manufacturing industry
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
  • Excellent experience working with an ERP system (implementation of an ERP system an asset)
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized with passion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with multiple disciplines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
