Due to continued strong growth in the region our client is currently seeking a Retail and Commercial Account Manager with a strong knowledge of the sales process,a solid key account background and an ability to build relationships in Saskatchewan.

Role Responsibility 

Promote and effectively market products to an established client base of Fabricators, Kitchen & Bath Accounts and Specifiers (Architects & Designers). Use developed industry intelligence, research and general knowledge of the Interior Finishes/Surfacing industry to identify new clients and drive sales.
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships with fabricators, A&D, kitchen & bath retailers accounts.
  • Work with peers and management team to develop strategies and new approaches to increase market share. 
  • Manage the sales cycle from identification to the development of new accounts. Create opportunities in existing accounts to generate growth.
  • Work closely with the technical team to know and understand what the installers need to know.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry developments by attending team meetings, industry events, training sessions and individual research. 
Candidate Requirements 
  • University degree and a minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in related Building Materials industry or the Kitchen and Bath Industry.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with clients that are based on the values of customer service, integrity and trust
  • Possess a proven track record of sales growth and development.
  • Organized and able to track your business activities. 
  • Desire to grow your career with a large organization that believes in promoting from within.
