The Marketing Manager is a part of the organisation's internal marketing agency and works directly with Practice Partners (Customers) by collaboratively consulting on and implementing various marketing opportunities and initiatives to drive Practice growth.

In this role the Marketing Manager will engage directly with healthcare practitioner clients and conduct a full marketing audit on their practice. They will then develop and implement a marketing strategy for growth. Working with the customer, the Marketing Manager will drive all B2C marketing initiatives to attract new patients to the practice and increase interaction between the practice and the patient. 

The role will require a thorough understanding of all marketing channels both traditional and digital so it is important that the individual has a marketing education plus experience with development of both online and offline marketing campaigns and strategies. 

Working in an almost consulting capacity, this role requires client management skills as well as a strong grasp of the marketing discipline. There is no sales work as clients are already engaged with the organization but the ability to work with clients and educate them on best practice marketing practices is essential. The role operates almost like a full service marketing agency for the healthcare clients, providing everything from market insights and a marketing audit, through to strategy development and implementation. 

  • Experience of B2C marketing is essential.
  • Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns is essential.
  • Experience developing marketing plans, managing budgets and implementing multi channel campaigns is essential.
  • A degree in marketing or communications is highly valued.
  • Experience in healthcare services marketing an asset.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relationship builder: natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Track record of implementing marketing programs to drive business growth and retain customers.
