Our client is a key player on major construction builds with a dominant name in the industry for construction supplies. They are in seek of top talent to manage, coach, mentor the sales team. The chosen candidate will have 5 + years industry experience in a similar role, in a similar industry with a proven track record of leadership and achieving sales targets. Our client has been in a long growth phase and are strategically building their team. The chosen candidate must have builder product experience and team management experience to be selected for this opportunity. 

Skill set; 
Lead and develop sales team. 
Implementation of healthy competition with incentives among employees to achieve sales targets at all locations. 
Key account management with a focus on high valued customers/partners to ensure the growth of the business. 
Retain and grow existing portfolio whilst managing the sales team and their individual goals for growth. Each territory will require attention. 

Be prepared to;
Travel on an ongoing basis to apply strategic process in each territory and develop sales team to grow within the organization. 
Communicate with the VP and President on current plan and future strategic moves on new opportunities and existing partner growth. 
Understand where the business is going and develop/innovate plans to achieve these sales goals.
