Job Summary

Leads a wide range of user interviews and design activities in order to drive requirement and implement next generation of BI & Reporting strategy.  In addition to user interviews and collaboration during design with Enterprise reporting team, you will help evaluate enterprise needs and create requirements at an Enterprise level. Evangelizes design thinking to develop and evolve the design discipline throughout the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user interviews to understand and document current user data, insights and analytics needs.
  • Assess and document current user skills and tools analysis.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Develop personas, scenarios, and other analysis documents and template to be used by the Enterprise reporting and development teams.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with stakeholders, product management, and cross-functional teams.
Required Experience and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience creating personas, user scenarios, and analysis documentation.
  • Preferably experience with Design Thinking and/or Tableau DRIVE methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential.
  • Hands on experience with Tableau, Qlik, and Database query writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum preferred.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and understanding the needs of the end user.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that requires flexibility and multi-tasking.
