We’re hiring a Multi-Territory Outside Sales Specialist for a well-established, family-owned manufacturer with a stellar reputation in the high-end natural materials space. They're scaling fast and looking for a motivated, metrics-driven rep to cover and grow a strategic multi-state territory across the Western U.S.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to sales rep across WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CA, NV, UT, and HI
- Identify and close new accounts—prospecting is a non-negotiable
- Build strategic relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and contractors
- Deliver engaging, solution-focused presentations (both digital and in-person)
- Partner with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer experience
- Manage and grow existing accounts while hitting defined sales activity and results metrics
- Track all sales activity and pipeline in the CRM—this role requires discipline and follow-through
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and evolving customer needs
What You Bring
- 5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or another premium product category
- Demonstrated success in competitive, value-based sales environments
- High-level presentation and negotiation skills—whether on-site or in the boardroom
- CRM fluency and a love of organization, pipeline strategy, and metrics
- Ability to read plans/specs, deliver pricing quotes, and adapt product solutions on the fly
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to manage a large territory and set your own pace
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (yes, that includes Hawaii—mahalo, bonus!)
Bonus Points If You:
- Have completed formal sales training programs
- Are confident presenting CEUs or technical education to design professionals
- Have experience working with HNW clients or luxury market buyers
- Know how to navigate long sales cycles and complex decision chains
- Can think on your feet and adjust to different personalities and selling environments

- 80% High-End Residential | 20% Commercial
- Clients include designers, architects, custom home builders, luxury homeowners, and distributors
- Sales success comes from educating and building trust—not chasing price wars
