What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading field operations on commercial roofing projects across multiple states
- Coordinating labor, materials, and scheduling to keep projects efficient and on time
- Managing field crews and foremen with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality
- Representing the company at site meetings with GCs, engineers, and clients
- Solving jobsite issues as they arise—creatively, independently, and effectively
- Maintaining tight communication with project management while keeping boots on the ground
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Mastery of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings, metal, and hot/cold applied systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience on complex or secure sites (military, government, hospital, high-rise)
- OSHA-certified with a strong safety-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license & U.S. work eligibility
- Willingness to travel frequently and be away for stretches of time (home base location flexible)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Base Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + performance-based bonuses
- Per Diem Provided: Daily per diem for meals + company-covered lodging for out-of-town jobs
- All Travel Paid: Flights, mileage, accommodations—company handles logistics
- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped truck, gas card, laptop, and phone
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA
- 401(k) with Match
