Estimator – ICI Construction

Hamilton, ON | $100K–$120K + benefits | Full-time, Permanent

A reputable ICI contractor is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction efforts on new build projects ranging from $5M to $100M. This is a full-time role with a growing firm that values precision, professionalism, and long-term team members.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and full estimates for ICI tenders

• Review drawings, specs, and tender requirements

• Coordinate and compare pricing from subtrades and suppliers

• Identify scope gaps and potential risks in bid packages

• Support bid closings and contribute to project handoff meetings

What you bring:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction

• Strong knowledge of takeoff and pricing practices

• Familiarity with CCDC contracts and public-sector tendering

• Proficient with Excel and estimating software (Planswift, Procore Estimating, etc.)

• Diploma or degree in a construction-related field preferred
