Site Superintendent – ICI Construction

Hamilton, ON | $130K–$150K + benefits | Full-time, Permanent

An established ICI builder is looking to hire a Site Superintendent to oversee new build construction projects ranging from $5M to $100M. The company is known for delivering institutional, commercial, and public-sector projects with a focus on quality, safety, and long-term relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead all on-site activity from mobilization to turnover

• Coordinate trades, site logistics, and safety protocols

• Ensure the project is running on schedule and within scope

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and consultants

• Conduct daily reporting and manage site documentation

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and cleanliness on site

What you bring:

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent on ICI new builds

• Strong track record delivering projects over $10M

• Knowledge of OBC, safety regulations, and scheduling software

• Skilled communicator who leads trades confidently and clearly

• Experience with institutional or government builds is an asset
