Electrical Site Superintendent
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + Bonus |
Mission-Critical / Data Center Projects


We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Superintendent to lead field operations on major data center projects across Austin and Central Texas.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day electrical field operations and crews
• Oversee scheduling, site safety, quality control, and inspections
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Drive project success through leadership and field expertise

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of site supervision experience on mission-critical/data center projects
• Strong NEC code knowledge and construction leadership skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to complete)
• Procore or similar platform experience a plus
