Key Tasks:
- Boost sales & build customer relationships
- Manage staff, scheduling, and training
- Oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, and merchandising
- Ensure safe, efficient daily operations
- 5+ yrs retail/building materials mgmt.
- Warehouse experience
- Sales experience
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office & POS systems
- Post secondary in business/management preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs & work on feet
