Now, they’re looking for a sharp, experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent who thrives on managing complex job sites, leading crews to success, and bringing large-scale roofing projects to life—on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
• Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
• Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
• Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
• Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
• Enforcing all OSHA and job-site safety requirements
• Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
• Expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot-applied systems
• Proven track record on complex or secure job sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, manufacturing)
• OSHA-certified with strong safety leadership
• Confident communicator (Spanish-speaking a plus)
• Comfortable with 50%+ travel
• Valid driver’s license + eligible to work in the U.S.
