🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and bookkeeping for multiple entities

• Month-end closings and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial compliance

• Manage cash flow and liquidity

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

• Provide strategic financial insights to leadership

• Contribute to some HR tasks (onboarding, benefits)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is an asset)

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in a multi-entity setup (health, tech, research, or professional services)

• Strong understanding of accounting, tax, and ERP systems

• Experience with grants and tax credits (e.g., SR&ED)

• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and communication skills

• Bilingual: Fluent English required; French at ~80% fluency is great — no need for perfection

🎯 Responsabilités principales

• Gérer la comptabilité pour plusieurs entités

• Effectuer les écritures de fin de mois et conciliations bancaires

• Produire et analyser les états financiers mensuels et annuels

• Mettre en place et renforcer les contrôles internes

• Gérer les flux de trésorerie

• Élaborer les budgets, prévisions et rapports financiers

• Fournir des recommandations stratégiques à la direction

• Participer à certains volets RH (intégration, avantages sociaux)

🧩 Profil recherché

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe (CPA est un atout)

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience, idéalement en contexte multi-entités (santé, services professionnels, recherche ou tech)

• Maîtrise des normes comptables, fiscalité et outils ERP

• Expérience avec les subventions et crédits d’impôt (ex : RS&DE)

• Esprit stratégique, rigueur et aisance à collaborer avec la direction

• Bilinguisme : anglais requis, français fonctionnel (~80 %) — pas besoin d’un français parfait
