As an Intermediate Architect, you’ll bring both design vision and technical precision to a wide range of projects. From early concepts to construction coordination, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team delivering high-quality, high-impact architecture across BC.
Design & Documentation
Contribute creative, practical design ideas that meet project and client goals
Develop detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit
Support design development and construction stages in tandem with senior staff
Prepare clear, engaging presentations for internal and client reviews
Project Collaboration & Delivery
Help manage projects from concept through construction with a focus on quality and delivery
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
Participate in client meetings and keep communication sharp and proactive
Stay up to date on code and bylaw requirements, balancing compliance with creativity
Studio Engagement
Take part in design critiques and brainstorming sessions that drive innovation
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a learning-focused, supportive studio environment
A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
5+ years of experience in architectural practice
Strong Revit skills; Rhino, Grasshopper, or Dynamo are a bonus
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
Solid grasp of BCBC and VBBL
Clear communicator with strong time management and team collaboration skills
A passion for both design excellence and real-world execution
