The Opportunity

As an Intermediate Architect, you’ll bring both design vision and technical precision to a wide range of projects. From early concepts to construction coordination, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team delivering high-quality, high-impact architecture across BC.


What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Documentation

  • Contribute creative, practical design ideas that meet project and client goals

  • Develop detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit

  • Support design development and construction stages in tandem with senior staff

  • Prepare clear, engaging presentations for internal and client reviews

Project Collaboration & Delivery

  • Help manage projects from concept through construction with a focus on quality and delivery

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution

  • Participate in client meetings and keep communication sharp and proactive

  • Stay up to date on code and bylaw requirements, balancing compliance with creativity

Studio Engagement

  • Take part in design critiques and brainstorming sessions that drive innovation

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a learning-focused, supportive studio environment


What You Bring

  • A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

  • 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

  • Strong Revit skills; Rhino, Grasshopper, or Dynamo are a bonus

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam

  • Solid grasp of BCBC and VBBL

  • Clear communicator with strong time management and team collaboration skills

  • A passion for both design excellence and real-world execution
