The Opportunity:
As an Intermediate Architect, you’ll join a passionate team delivering thoughtful, high-impact design. You’ll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle - helping to shape concepts, produce documentation, and coordinate with both internal and external teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design & Documentation

  • Contribute to imaginative and practical design solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.

  • Develop technical drawings and detailed documentation using Revit and other platforms.

  • Work closely with senior team members throughout design development and construction stages.

  • Prepare compelling design presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.

Project Collaboration & Delivery

  • Support projects from concept through construction with an eye on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.

  • Participate in client meetings and consultant coordination, keeping communication clear and consistent.

  • Stay informed about code, bylaw, and industry standards, contributing to compliance and innovation alike.

Studio Engagement

  • Take part in design discussions, critiques, and brainstorming sessions that fuel creative energy in the studio.

  • Share knowledge with emerging professionals and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

  • 5+ years of professional experience in architectural firms

  • Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, or Dynamo is an asset.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam.

  • Solid knowledge of BCBC and VBBL.

  • A passion for design excellence and a collaborative spirit.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.
