The Opportunity:
As an Intermediate Architect, you’ll join a passionate team delivering thoughtful, high-impact design. You’ll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle - helping to shape concepts, produce documentation, and coordinate with both internal and external teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design & Documentation
Contribute to imaginative and practical design solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.
Develop technical drawings and detailed documentation using Revit and other platforms.
Work closely with senior team members throughout design development and construction stages.
Prepare compelling design presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
Project Collaboration & Delivery
Support projects from concept through construction with an eye on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
Participate in client meetings and consultant coordination, keeping communication clear and consistent.
Stay informed about code, bylaw, and industry standards, contributing to compliance and innovation alike.
Studio Engagement
Take part in design discussions, critiques, and brainstorming sessions that fuel creative energy in the studio.
Share knowledge with emerging professionals and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
What You Bring to the Table:
A degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
5+ years of professional experience in architectural firms
Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, or Dynamo is an asset.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam.
Solid knowledge of BCBC and VBBL.
A passion for design excellence and a collaborative spirit.
Strong communication and time management skills.
