Our client has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Architectural Technologist.

Skills and experience required:
The ideal candidate would have 8+ years’ experience in the production of documents, from Schematic to Construction, co-ordination of team members and consultants for multi-unit residential and commercial projects, with the following expertise:

The ideal candidate would have 8+ years’ experience in the production of documents, from Schematic to Construction, co-ordination of team members and consultants for multi-unit residential and commercial projects, with the following expertise:
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability in construction review and contract administration.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Solid technical skills and knowledge.
- Experience in specification preparation and building code implementation.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with bilingualism in French considered an asset.
