A top business law firm in Mississauga is looking for a Law Clerk, Estate Administration, with 5–7 years of experience in a law firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close files, manage calendars, and schedule meetings.

  • Gather estate administration details from clients and executors.

  • Communicate with beneficiaries and financial institutions.

  • Prepare probate applications, estate returns, and legal documents.

  • Maintain electronic and physical client files.

  • Assist in developing estate administration templates and checklists.

Qualifications:

  • Law Clerk certification (preferred).

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kofax, and estate software (Appara, Estateably, ProLaw).
