Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Ensure compliance with AISC, CWB, and OSHA standards.
🔹 Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence.
🔹 Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
🔹 Monitor key performance metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7-10+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✅ Background in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
✅ Excellent communication and team-building skills.
