Location: Dallas-Fort Worth
Salary: $110 000-120 000 plus bonus and benefits 
Experience: 5-10 years-School, Hospital and or Retail. Ground Up- $15M +

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of exciting, high-profile commercial projects, guiding them from concept to completion. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all aspects of project management from contract to completion.
• Drive pre-construction estimating and bidding for projects up to $15M.
• Support larger project bids exceeding $15M.
• Select and onboard subcontractors while leading the buyout process.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, financials, and risk factors.
• Champion quality control and enforce strict safety policies.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Manage project reporting, keeping leadership informed on progress and challenges.
• Ensure timely pay applications and financial tracking.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field OR 15+ years of proven experience in project management within commercial general contracting.
• Expertise in cost estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Minimum OSHA 10-hour training certification.
• A passion for problem-solving and delivering top-tier results.
