Our client, an established owner in the commercial real estate industry with a national presence, is looking to hire a Bilingual Leasing Manager for their Quebec office. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Director of Asset Management and be conducting leasing duties for a portfolio of approximately 5 commercial office and medical properties across Quebec with approx. 50 commercial tenants. You will be working closely with a tight-knit team. The company has a hybrid working model and offer growth potential.
Leasing Manager Responsibilities;
Leasing Manager Compensation:
The successful candidate will receive an annual base salary between $100,000-$120,000 (dependent on experience) plus an incentive structure, full benefit package and HAS account starting from start date, 3 weeks of vacation, 10 wellness days and an education allowance.

Leasing Manager Responsibilities;
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiries to lease execution and renewals.
- Design and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with marketing teams to advertise available units and strengthen market presence.
- Conduct property tours and educate prospective tenants on leasing terms and conditions.
- Keep informed on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a market advantage.
- Collaborate with property management teams to facilitate smooth move-ins.
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and generate reports on performance metrics.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken). French native speaking preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial property leasing and/or brokerage environments
- Strong sales and negotiation skills for lenders and stakeholders, with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Quebec’s rental laws and best leasing practices.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong experience and knowledge related to lease clauses and agreements including interpreting, abstracting, amendments, renewals etc.
- Proactive and efficient work ethic
