Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join a leading construction team, focusing on industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in the ICI space. This role will primarily involve working on industrial buildings in the Mississauga to Oakville area, as well as office locations in the downtown Toronto core.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings.

• Conduct inspections and identify deficiencies, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and trades to resolve issues efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including deficiencies and resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician in the ICI construction sector.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
