Junior Project Manager for Interior ICI Projects

Our client is a general contractor for interior retail and commercial and residential projects across Canada and the US. The majority of our clients' projects are commercial and retail: department stores, franchise and private restaurants and other retail and storefront projects. Projects most falling in the range of $500K to $1M.
Our client is looking for an individual who enjoys the process of developing and building a diverse set of projects in locations across Ontario and in tropical locations. Their ideal candidate is one who works well with a small project team and is very comfortable working with a high volume of projects. This is a busy office and the role demands someone who is comfortable working under pressure and who understands that sometimes you need to do what it takes to get the job done.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A degree or a diploma in a construction related discipline.
• At least two years of experience as a Project Coordinator for a developer or contractor.
• Ability to travel to the US
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills are required.
